  6. Obtain free decals from the International Fuel Tax Agreement–you must update them every calendar year to remain current.
  7. Talk to a transport insurance company about coverage for your business.
  8. Hire drivers, all of whom must have commercial driver’s licenses.
  9. Rent or buy a space from which to legally conduct your business.
